Behavior Health Technicians are providers who have completed (or will complete within 30 days of hire) a 40 hour Applied Behavior Analysis course. This allows the BHT to work with one of our kiddos on the autism spectrum who is utilizing ABA (applied behavior analysis) services.
BHTs work with their kiddos in the clinic and in the child's home. The clinic setting gives the child socialization opportunities and gives the BHT on-site supervision, feedback, and support. The home setting gives the BHT and his/her child the quiet space to complete intensive learning sessions. All work is supervised by a BAT. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Bonus opportunities to earn $2.00 additional per hour!
Registered Behavior Technicians are BHTs who have completed the testing and certification requirements of an RBT. RBTs utilize the clinic and home settings to work with their kiddos on their individually tailored programs, while working closely with their BCBA supervisor. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour.
ABA services require CPR, First Aid, Article IX, and a Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. We will help you obtain these certifications.
Whether you are already a BCBA or a Behavior Analyst Trainee working on your hours, we can explore the clinic-based and home-based options for supervision, collaboration and direct service. Team oriented, excited and passionate individuals wanted!
Traditional therapies are a cornerstone of our tailored programs at A Brighter Avenue.
